Victoria Quintana - Owner & aRtistic Director

Victoria Quintana is the Owner and Artistic Director of EVQ Dance Studio, which she proudly founded in 2015. She is also a Co-Founder for The Comeback, an adult dance competition.
A lifelong dancer, she began training at age four and started teaching professionally in 2009. Her career blends artistry, leadership, and a passion for developing dancers of all levels.
Beyond EVQ, she's choreographed and performed across state lines, coached high school Poms teams, and led EVQ's award-winning youth competition team.
Above all, Victoria is dedicated to creating a supportive space where dancers grow not only in skill, but in confidence, discipline, and joy through movement.
Charlotte Thayer - Jazz & Ballet

Born and raised in Denver, Charlotte started dancing at the age of five. She has trained in all styles at local studios, and attended the Snowy Range Summer Dance Festival at the University of Wyoming in 2012. After graduating high school, she attended Chapman University's top rated dance program, where she trained in ballet, jazz, modern, and improvisation. While at Chapman, she had the chance to work closely with LA-Based choreographer Jackie Sleight and Anaheim Ballet director Lawrence Rosenberg.
Since moving back to Colorado in 2017, Charlotte has been teaching and sharing her love of dance with children and adults of all ages and levels. At EVQ, she’s taken on the role of Co-Director of our Squad competition team, and has choreographed for both recreational programs and competition teams in and around Denver. She specializes in Jazz, Contemporary, and Ballet, and has a 60-hour Yoga Sculpt teaching certification through Yoga Box.
